De Re Militari regularly sponsors panels/sessions at four conferences:

• The International Congress on Medieval Studies (ICMH) at Western Michigan University (in Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA)
• The International Medieval Congress (IMC) at the University of Leeds (Leeds, UK)
• The Symposium on Medieval & Renaissance Studies at St. Louis University (St. Louis, Missouri, USA)
• The Annual Meeting of the Society for Military History (SMH), in various locales

For Kalamazoo, Leeds, and SMH, look for the “Calls For Papers” (CFP) issued directly by those conferences. For St. Louis, a special CFP will typically be publicized via the De Re Militari Twitter and Facebook accounts.

The Journal of Medieval Military History Annual Lecture

In addition to the annual society business meeting, each year at the ICMH De Re Militari sponsors a special lecture by a top scholar (at the invitation of the Executive Committee) in medieval military history. These lectures are typically published in the JMMH the following year.
